These terms apply to purchases made in the Baila Oslo online store. By shopping with us you accept the terms below. We recommend reading them before placing an order.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. Any shipping cost is added and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Order and agreement

The agreement is binding once we've confirmed your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel for sold-out items and obvious pricing or typographical errors.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely and encrypted at checkout, powered by Shopify. The amount is charged according to your chosen payment method.

5. Delivery

Shipping, prices, and delivery time are described on the Shipping and delivery page.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Norwegian consumer law. See Returns for how to proceed.

7. Complaints

In case of defects or faults, the complaint rules in the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act apply. Contact us at hei@baila.no.

8. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection law (GDPR).

9. Disputes

The agreement is governed by Norwegian law. If a dispute arises that we can't resolve together, you may contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet/Forbrukerrådet).
